Science Teachers:
Instructional strategies
Once we provided hands-on labs; lectured; and went on field trips.
In the mid eighties, we added spreadsheets to science lab work.
In the nineties, we used graphing caclulators, modeling and simulation software.
Mid nineties, we used Internet and web research.
In 2002, are we ready to use handheld devices and probeware?
What differences do we find between calculator-based labs and computer-based labs or palm-based labs?
